Your PSA Board

The PSA Board comprises up to eleven voluntary Board Members, including four office bearers; President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Company Secretary. The Immediate Past National President is also a contributor to regular PSA Board meetings.

Sally Foley-Lewis

Sally Foley-Lewis inspires middle managers to be high performing, purposeful and productive. She ensures people reach their potential. Sally’s presentations and programs positively impact confidence, leadership and results. A multi-award winning global expert and Certified Speaking Professional, Sally has authored five books. The drive to support and skill middle managers comes from her own CEO and senior leadership experiences. Through presentations, keynote speeches, workshops and coaching – online and face-to-face – Sally skills, boosts productivity, confidence and self-leadership.

Amanda Lambros

Amanda is a professional speaker, trainer and therapist.  Known as the Love Coach, Amanda is an in-demand International Speaker and TEDx presenter on Sex, Love and all things Relationships, Mental Health and Grief & Loss. With more than 20 years of experience, she has a no-nonsense approach to educating and informing audiences with instant take-aways to level-up themselves and their relationships.

Gary Edwards

Gary works with organisations, leaders and professionals to help them create conversations that build relationships, increase trust and improve outcomes. Gary is passionate about helping people to unlock the potential of situations that they find themselves in daily.

Lindsay Adams OAM

Qualifications: OAM, Nevin Award Recipient, Member Speaking Hall of Fame Australia and the Philippines, Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management

Known around the world as The Relationships Guy, Lindsay specialises in building effective business relationships and generating more sales in less time by doing business by relationship.  Lindsay was awarded a Medal in the Order of Australia, OAM, in the 2020 Australia Day Awards, for his services to the professional speaking industry.

Nancy Youssef

Nancy Youssef is a trusted business mentor, speaker, and author with over two decades of experience in the finance industry. As the founder of Classic Finance and Classic Mentoring, she has mentored more than 220 businesses in achieving sustainable and purpose-led growth.

Speaking has become a powerful platform in Nancy’s entrepreneurial journey, allowing her to share insights, connect with impact, and inspire change. Serving on the PSA Board is her way of giving back to the profession—bringing a commercial lens, governance experience, and a commitment to supporting speakers at all stages.

Her book, Fear Money Purpose, empowers business owners to overcome fear, embrace financial confidence, and lead with clarity. Through her philanthropic work, she has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for microfinance and sustainability projects across communities in Africa and the Middle East.

Rael Bricker

Rael is a speaker, trainer and facilitator working with people and companies on their journey to excellence.

From being 6000ft underground in mining, to starting an education business that grew to 4000 students, spending years  in venture capital and starting a financial services group that settled more than $3bn in mortgages, Rael has experienced the rollercoaster that is business. He has listed companies on multiple international stock exchanges and interviewed 85 companies over 25 countries about their excellence drivers.

Alan Cameron-Sweeney

Alan Cameron-Sweeney is a speaker, corporate educator and consultant who helps people improve financial decision making within their organisations.

He has over 15 years’ experience in finance and originally trained as an accountant within Ireland’s largest company, CRH.

Nicole Hatherly is an award-winning Global Brand and Leadership Strategist, international keynote, executive coach, and board advisor with over 30 years’ experience across the corporate, government, and academic sectors.

As an Industry Fellow at QUT Innovation Central Brisbane, Nicole designs and delivers ground-breaking thought leadership programs for senior academics and digital skills programs for industry professionals. Nicole is a respected national and international industry awards judge across business, finance, and digital innovation.

Passionate about elevating the speaking profession, Nicole focuses on amplifying speaker visibility and influence through brand-led business strategy, professional positioning, and thought leadership development.

Through globally run programs, workshops and presentations she facilitates new perspectives both professionally and personally.

Sara Merckel

Sara Merckel is a leader in the agriculture sector with almost 20 years of experience championing members and advocating for industry good.

A key role is supporting not-for-profit boards, and leading the delivery of member events designed to connect, inform, and inspire.

Tracy Sheen

Qualifications: Senior Board Adviser SME Software Australia (SA), Two-time award-winning author

Tracy Sheen CSP is a speaker, author and AI educator with 30+ years in digital and tech. She launched SMS and the original iPhone in Australia before building The Digital Guide, where she helps organisations navigate AI with a human-led approach.

Tracy is a two-time award-winning author of The End of Technophobia (Business Book of the Year 2021) and AI and U: Reimagine Business (2025 finalist).

She delivers keynotes, boardroom briefings and workshops across Australia, specialising in practical AI, governance and digital capability. Tracy runs her business full-time from the road as a digital nomad.
