BOOST! Program Application

Places on the BOOST! Program are limited so please understand your application will be followed by an invitation to participate if your application is successful. No deposits or charges are processed until applications are approved.

To apply for the PSA BOOST! Program please fill out the form below.

  • If you are a member of a GSF Association, please advise which Association.
  • Go into the future 12 months and describe what you have achieved, and how things have changed compared to now
  • Please indicate if you prefer phone calls, emails, Facebook or LinkedIn
  • Please indicate if your lead preference is visual, auditory or kinesthetic. Not critical that you get this right.
  • Is there anything else you think we need to know?
  • When are a couple of windows in your calendar in the next 7 days that would work for the BOOST! Convenor to call and discuss your application?
  • Payment Options:

    • Pay one payment of $3,950 ($4740 for non-members) and save a generous $550 ($660 for non-members), or
    • Pay a deposit of $550 ($660 non-members) then 2x monthly instalments of $1975 ($2370 for non-members) or
    • 6 x monthly instalments of $750 ($900 for non-members)

    If your application is approved, the PSA office will contact you to confirm your preferred payment option.
